Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Plumbing Lead to oversee plumbing work on new construction and remodel projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional, coordinate daily field activities, and ensure quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support plumbing crews on new construction and remodel job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans
• Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and workflow to meet project timelines
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and related components
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, inspectors, and team members
• Identify and resolve job site issues in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor progress, maintain job site organization, and promote a safe work environment
• Assist with training and mentoring team members as needed
• Document work completed and report status updates to leadership

Qualifications

• Previous plumbing experience in new construction and/or remodel environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead crews or coordinate field work
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and installation methods
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the role in a construction setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman-level plumbing experience or equivalent field expertise
• Experience supervising or mentoring apprentices and journeymen
• Familiarity with multi-phase residential or commercial construction projects
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
