**Job Overview:**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and crucial in ensuring efficient operations. You will be responsible for managing incoming customer inquiries, coordinating service dispatches, and maintaining effective communication between customers and our service team. Your ability to multitask, problem-solve, and provide excellent customer service will be vital to this role. You need to be comfortable talking on the phone. 

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, offering timely resolutions.
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on urgency and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and service requests in our database.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer service processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Monitor dispatch operations to ensure timely service delivery and follow up with customers as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and updating customer information.
- Support team efforts to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.

**Work Schedule:**
- Part-time hours; specific schedule to be determined based on company needs. 
- Flexible hours. Looking for 20 hours a week between 8-2.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
