**Job Summary:**
As an Experienced Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of plumbing systems and fixtures. You will work on residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all plumbing work complies with local regulations and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on job sites.
- Provide clear and accurate estimates for plumbing services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
- Mentor and train less experienced apprentices or plumbers, fostering a collaborative working environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Valid plumbing license (not required), apprenticeship preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plumber in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing codes.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform plumbing tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Clean driving record & willing to submit a drug test.
