**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives and dispatchers, providing guidance and support as needed to achieve departmental goals.
- Coordinate and manage the dispatch of services, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery aligned with customer expectations.
- Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to enhance customer service and dispatch operations.
- Monitor and assess team performance, providing constructive feedback and proposing improvements where necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, resolving them with a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cooperation in achieving organizational objectives.
- Generate reports and analyze data to track service levels, identify trends, and initiate improvements.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of customer service and dispatch staff.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements, incorporating them into strategies that enhance our service offerings.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in a customer service or dispatch role, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in using customer service and dispatch software tools.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and suggest actionable improvements.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Service Titan experience preferred, but not required.
