**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Drain Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drainage systems, plumbing, and repair work. As a Drain Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing drainage systems to ensure optimal functionality and prevent issues such as clogs and backups. You will work in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial environments, providing top-quality service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of drainage systems, including pipes, sewers, storm drains, and other related infrastructure.
- Utilize specialized equipment, such as cameras and snakes, to diagnose and resolve drainage issues.
- Clear blockages and debris using high-pressure water jetting and other techniques.
- Repair or replace damaged drainage components and install new systems as needed.
- Identify potential problems and recommend preventive maintenance strategies to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues, solutions, and maintenance options to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and any follow-up actions required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations while on the job.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in plumbing or drainage systems preferred.
- Previous experience as a Drain Technician, plumber, or in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of drainage systems, plumbing, and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of drainage equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces as needed.
