**Job Summary:**
As a Plumber Helper, you will work alongside licensed plumbers to assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn the plumbing trade and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Help with troubleshooting plumbing issues and providing solutions under the supervision of a licensed plumber.
- Prepare job sites by gathering necessary tools and materials, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with the excavation and digging of trenches as needed for piping installation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns respectfully.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed.
- Attend training sessions to enhance plumbing skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in plumbing or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in plumbing work.
- Strong willingness to learn and take direction from seasoned plumbers.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy materials.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
