**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an organized, energized  and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher (CSR/Dispatcher) to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently coordinating and dispatching services or resources to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing detailed information and assisting with service-related issues.
- Efficiently dispatch personnel, vehicles, or equipment as needed, using tracking and routing systems to optimize service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to assess customer needs and ensure timely response and resolution to inquiries or service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and dispatch activities in the company database.
- Process orders, schedule appointments, and update customers on the status of their requests or services.
- Handle complaints or escalation issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service schedule and adjust as necessary to accommodate changes or urgent requests.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided.
- Assist in administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, reporting, and providing support to other team members.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software; experience with dispatching systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Familiarity with geographic locations and routing software.
- Experience in the plumbing/HVAC trade, not necessary.
