**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher (CSR/Dispatcher) to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing and dispatching service requests to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment will be essential for success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Process service requests and coordinate with field staff to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor service schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet customer needs and operational goals.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate logs of service requests, responses, and outcomes.
- Troubleshoot customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve overall service quality.
- Prepare reports on service performance and customer feedback for management review.
- Assist in training new employees on customer service protocols and dispatch procedures.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while managing difficult customer interactions.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, dispatching, or a similar role.
- Service Titan experience, not required, willing to train.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer applications and software relevant to customer service and dispatch functions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with dispatch software or CRM systems. (Service Titan)
- Familiarity with geographic area or local regulations, Utah
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
